Original Topps production artwork of Hank Aaron’s 1954 Topps rookie card, signed by Hank Aaron in blue Sharpie across his cap. This artwork (approximately 7 x 10 inches each) was never used for a specific completed project, and it is unknown what Topps had planned for their use. We checked with an advanced Topps collector, as well as an ex-employee, and the speculation is that these two artworks could have been the final proofs for a poster or puzzle-back design to commemorate Hank Aaron’s record-breaking home run in 1974.
