1964 New York Yankees AL Champs Team Signed Bat 31 Sigs Roger Maris With JSA COA

Introduction

The 1964 New York Yankees won the American League pennant only to fall to the St. Louis Cardinals in the Fall Classic. This bat was cut and designed for the team to sign as often was the case with Championship teams in the 1950’s and 1960’s. The bat has been signed in ballpoint pen, and while the images don’t show the bats true beauty, the bat has been signed by Roger Maris, Elston Howard, Yogi Berra, Frank Crosetti and a total of 31 New York Yankees from the AL Championship squad. The bat comes with a full letter from JSA and there are no clubhouse signatures. While harder to see the ballpoint pen against the wood in the online images, the signatures are nearly flawless in person and are very cleanly and nicely done by each team member parallel to the one below.
