Tenth Anniversary Edition, complete with both the rare glassine dust jacket and slipcase. Bound in publisher’s blue cloth boards with gilt lettering and blue top edge. Measures 6′ x 8.75′ and spans 1,168 pages. Original glassine dust jacket is slightly chipped. Original slipcase exhibits chipping, some sunning, and cracking along edges. Separation starting along front hinge, otherwise book is in near fine condition.
