By the time the Pistons broke through for NBA Championships in 1989 and 1990, Joe Dumars was perhaps the finest all-around guard in the game – a superstar as both a shooter and a defender! After another decade with the team, he retired in 1999 as Mr. Piston, a loyal career-long member of the team who defined greatness and class.
