Vince Lombardi 1960’s Hall Of Fame Signed Baseball PSA DNA Extremely Rare

Introduction

Very rare baseball signed by a multitude of sports figures, circa 1969. Included among the twenty-two black-ink signatures on the ball, are those of Vince Lombardi, Ernie Banks, Frank Frisch, George Weiss, Carl Hubbell, Bob Foster, Ken Strong, Jerry Kooseman, Stan Bahnsen, Weeb Ewbank, Mickey Lolich, Mike Burke (president and CEO of the Yankees 1964-1972), Hank Sauer, Bill Toomey (Olympic decathlon gold medal winner), Sid Luckman, and Nat Holman. A handwritten notation under the Ernie Banks signature on a side panel reads “Chi. Cubs 1969.” This ball once resided in the famed Barry Halper Collection and is accompanied by the original Sotheby’s property certificate from when it was sold in 2000. The only manufacturer’s stamping that is still visible is a “Reach” logo on a side panel. In Very Good condition overall. Full LOA from PSA.
